Our paid apprenticeships equip young people with the tools they need to create a greener and healthier future. Reversing the course of environmental degradation can only happen if it starts now, with informed, aware, environmentally literate, and skilled young people. City Growers’ youth programs cultivate such leaders, while also paying them minimum wage.

We are currently recruiting South Brooklyn area High School Students for our 2026 Summer Bee Ambassadors Apprenticeship Program!
